• Traditional 3-Year-Retreat Program guided by Western Teachers.
• Supplemented with many supportive methods of exercise, diet, yogic movement, breathwork, energetic work.
• Emotional exploration, and psychological counselling.
  

Number of Retreatants Required:

• A minimum of 5 retreatants is required for the retreat to proceed.

• Outer Ngondro Contemplation Practice
• Guru Yoga
• Amitayus Long Life Practice
• Special Ngondro of Bodhicitta

• Preparatory Program in consultation with Drubpon Rachel.
